Shipping & Returns

OUR SHIPPING
I print my landscape photography prints using a professional print lab which specializes in fine art prints. Some prints are ready to ship from my studio however if I don't have a particular print, it usually takes one day to prepare one.

I ship the prints with FedEx International Priority. This company is very reliable when it comes to international express shipping, and my prints are delivered within a few business days all over the world.

      Approx. 8-10 working days (Mon - Fri) - $45.00 USD

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return*.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shaungrayphotography@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll kindly ask you to return your item in it's original packaging, and we will refund you the order value. Unfortunately, as a small business, I cannot offer a 'Free Returns' policy and are unable to refund on the return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
Unfortunately, we are not of a large enough company to offer free returns! We ask that the return postage is paid for, but will be refunded if the fault lies with us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
